Two projects: MEAT and SHELF STABLE (canning/drying)

Action Steps:

• 0-6 months:
o Research demand, other states; identify locations and volume
o who: MDA, FSEP, Eat Local Eat Natural, Mike Score, Rodger Bowser, Food Gatherers

• 6 months – 3 years: business plan
o 1 year: financial backing, grants
o 1 year: form business structure
o 3 years: lobby for policy reform

• 3-10 years – break ground.
o Marketing/branding
o Share knowledge and resources
